cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance are eligible for a date change or full refund. During holiday periods or long weekends, cancellations or date changes must be requested at least 15 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will incur a 100% charge of the reservation. During holiday periods or long weekends, cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will result in a 100% charge of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations or early check-outs will be charged 100% of the reserved services.
