Bring comfortable walking shoes, as the natural terrain includes dirt paths and uneven ground without steps.

Ask about current conditions before your visit—being a natural area, the estuary, vegetation, and ocean can change throughout the year.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
To maintain a peaceful environment, the use of speakers is limited. (Musical instruments are welcome if you'd like to bring one.)
Rates are in Mexican Pesos (MXN), do not include taxes, and are subject to change without prior notice.
Reservations are subject to availability and are only guaranteed once 100% of the total cost is paid.

cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance are eligible for a date change or full refund. During holiday periods or long weekends, cancellations or date changes must be requested at least 15 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will incur a 100% charge of the reservation. During holiday periods or long weekends, cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will result in a 100% charge of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations or early check-outs will be charged 100% of the reserved services.
